» Technical Support Representative (part time) - Location: Sunnyvale, CA

This position calls for excellent interpersonal skills, passion for helping users and customers, suggesting them solutions, workarounds and best practices in their day to day usage of our line of products.

Strong analytical skills matched with a superior understanding of user needs and user relationship management are absolutely necessary in order to excel into and enjoy the position.

Minimum requirements

  • Ability to analyze complex problems and think quickly on your feet
  • Superior understanding of customer needs and customer relationship management
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Knowledge of desktop pcs, operating systems, and related end-user software (Microsoft Office, etc.)
  • Hands on experience with pdas and smartphones (Palm OS, Windows Mobile and Symbian OS based)
  • Knowledge of networking protocols and wireless communications a plus
  • Fluency in Japanese, German, French or Spanish a plus
  • Experience providing outside technical support for commercial off the shelf software products a plus

Specific Responsibilities

  • Assist users via email, web tickets and online forums.
  • Reproduce problems and discuss them with the QA team, troubleshoot software and operational issues.


» Software Engineer (full time) - Location: Sunnyvale, CA

This position calls for strong analytical skills matched with the ability to approach complex problems and quickly find optimal solutions.

If you are a person striving for excellence, methodic, precise, detail oriented, time constraints conscious, which enjoys fast paced environments, we definitely want to hear from you.

Minimum requirements

  • BS degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or equivalent.
  • Excellent knowledge of the C/C++ programming language.
  • Good familiarity with the major software development environments and related tools, such as Visual Studio, Metrowerks Codewarrior, Source Safe.
  • Knowledge of MFC, ATL, .NET Framework, and overall Windows client development a plus.
  • Knowledge of Outlook internals and MAPI interfaces a plus.
  • Knowledge of Palm OS, Symbian OS or Windows Mobile development a plus.
  • Ability to quickly learn large pre-existing code bases.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and quickly find optimal solutions.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Improve, implement new features, and address issues in our current line of products
  • Design and develop new products and solutions ranging from Outlook Add-Ins to Windows, Palm OS, Symbian and Windows Mobile standalone applications.
