Don't be confined to your computer. Schedule meetings, send invitations, monitor
messages and attendees right from your Treo.
Saves time for you and your attendees
Once you send the invitation, Agendus automatically scans their schedule
for availability.
A notification will pop up on their smartphone notifying them of the meeting and
if their schedule is free at that time.
Attendees can accept or decline right from the screen without having to look up
their schedule. Once they accept, the meeting automatically appears on their
schedule.

 |
 |
Protect the privacy of your correspondences!
The schedule scanning is done direcly on the invitees’ device, so you are shielded
from seeing the their schedule. You will only know their status when they accept
or decline a meeting.
Server issues? No more!
With Agendus Premier, you no longer need to worry about setting up and
managing an enterprise scheduling solution such as Microsoft Exchange or Lotus Domino,
which is costly and requires a great deal of effort to maintain.
Agendus Premier, allows you to bypass this process by transparently sending an SMS
(text message) straight to your meeting attendees' smartphone.
|
|
And for those without Agendus?
They will still be able to view the message as a normal text message. The text message
will be in a readable format so they can contact the organizer through alternate
means (SMS, email, phone call, etc.) to let the organizer know of their status.
