- Time Entry: Corrected "Calculate" showing $0.00 when the category Bill Rate Per Hour was not defined
- Time Entry: Added a new alert appearing when attempting to calculate billing on a Time Entry if the Bill Rate Per Hour for the selected category is not defined
- Removed "Sync Troubleshooting" from the File menu, as it was not providing expected behavior
- Removed text from the Sync dialog informing the user they will only be asked for Sync Direction once, as was is incorrect
