Improvements and Functionality Refinements.

Time Entry: Corrected "Calculate" showing $0.00 when the category Bill Rate Per Hour was not defined
Time Entry: Added a new alert appearing when attempting to calculate billing on a Time Entry if the Bill Rate Per Hour for the selected category is not defined
Corrected focus being lost when pressing dpad -> center on the buttons in the upper toolbar

Time Entry: Improved "Duration" dialog to auto-populate the current time as the start time and also pre-value the duration based on the manually entered duration
Added error pop-up when attempting to create a new Category without adding a value in 'Code'
Extended 'New' soft button to include all "New" items rather than only the default of Time Entry
Clients: Improved integration with existing contacts to populate all fields in BillRate based off the contact's existing information
Added dpad support for navigating the upper toolbar
Added dpad->hold support to the main list to invoke the same popup as tap->hold with stylus
