Propel Launcher Review: Propel Your Treo & Centro Launcher to Entirely New Levels
"Overall, Iambic, the developer of Propel Professional and Propel Standard (as well
as the bestselling Agendus) has clearly put a lot of thought and effort into the
development of this terrific launcher – something that comes across clearly on practically
every screen interaction. More importantly Propel is the only application that has
finally managed to convince me of the wide ranging benefits of using a launcher
– making it my Editor’s Choice for Best Treo & Centro Launcher. "

Propel on my Treo 680
"The keyword lookup on Propel is great. I can search my music, contacts, apps, etc.
with one search and it pulls up. Power User and Favorites lists are great, because
you can mix contacts, apps, and files on the Favorites list, while the Power User
list has everything in it, plus a very easy toggle between list and icon views.
My favorite part of using Propel has to be the skins/themes (which most managers
support) and the Underline as you Type mode. When you are in a screen and start
tapping letters to find an app, Propel underlines the letters you have typed to
make finding what you want easier. If you want the ability to keep a favorites list
of more than just apps, and have really great searches of your data, Propel is a
launcher to get. "

iambic's Propel Launcher Review
"Propel has cool features that you can't find in other apps, some of them a bit
ahead of the future I think, like launching apps with voice [recognition] and indexing
files...Propel offers you some features that you haven't seen in a Palm Os launcher.
It's a very cool app that needs to be tested to believe some of the features. "

iambic Propel Review
"Being a Zlauncher and Launcher X user for a very long time, I think Propel is the
best launcher out there...On the productivity side its ability to integrate the
3rd party program with the launcher is an uncompromisable advantage. The size of
the program is very important that's why it's a clear winner on my list...IAMBIC
has really given us a great simple launcher that can aid in maximizing the use of
the PDA especially the Treo smartphones."

Propel and iSpin Launchers: Palm OS Utility
Gadgeteer Hands On Review
"Iambic's Propel has an impressive list of features. Some are designed for Treos
or Palms with voice memo features...Propel is also fast. I appreciate how quickly
it launches things, and how fast the search feature is. The overall look is nicely
done. You can tell that a lot of thought went into the overall look!"

Propel: A new way to launch Palm applications
"But more impressive is the way you can find the application you're looking for
with quick keyword searches. As you type in letters, Propel filters out irrelevant
programs...it could save you a lot of time if you're using a PDA with a built-in
keyboard like a Treo."

Using iambic's new Propel Launcher
"As a mobile professional, and head of a consulting organization that specializes
in mobile solutions, I appreciate applications that give me more control over my
busy schedule while mobile. Iambic has all but dominated my Palm essentials list
for a while, and Propel ads just another touch of integration...Propel actually
saved me some space over Launcher X and replaced another application (Voice Dial)."
