» Advanced Sorting Capabilities
Sort sales opportunities for a quick view of your accounts, stage of sale, open date,
competition, etc. This is a great way to further organize, view, and report your
data.
|
Select the Show button to access advanced sorting features
|
You can sort by Account, Stage, etc.
|
» Opportunity Screen
The
first screen view is called the Opportunity screen. As sales opportunities occur,
you can capture detailed information such as:
- Name of the sales account
- Item or service for the sale
- Quantity of items sold
- Sales Price of item or service
- Cost of item or service with a Part Number
- Profit to be made
- Stage of sale
- Open and close date of sale
- Probability of sale occurring
- Source of sale
- Competition for sale
- Sales Tax
- Alarm associated with a sale
- And most importantly, your sales commission!
» Opportunity Header
By
adjusting the column headers, you can view
sales opportunities in a variety of different ways. See or hide views such as Account, Stage, Open Date, Source, Competition, and
Product by tapping an item from the list.
You can also view the Total,
Commission, or Profit for each sales opportunity by tapping the downward
pointing arrow next to Total. Once the
headers are set, tap the Show button and select how you want the data further
sorted in this view. You can sort by account, stage, open date, ascending or descending order.
» Account field
The
Account field is for entering the name of the person or company for a sale
opportunity. With SalesWarrior, you can take advantage of your existing address
book to make this a simple process.

» Custom field
Rename custom
checkboxes to better define your sales process. For example, you may want to change Custom #1 to "Sent a
prospectus," and Custom #2 to "Sent Preliminary Contract" if your sales process
required this type of paperwork.
 |
» Stage field
Every sales process is a series of steps or stages. The Stage field lets you define
sales prospects in terms of its steps; for example, Suspect,
Qualified Prospect, Demo, etc. You can personalize this list of stages to fit your sales
process.
|
|
» Items list
The Item drop-down list
provides a handy reference of all the products and services that you
are currently selling. Any entry can be linked to from an Opportunity entry.
 |
» Sales notes
There are two icons at
the bottom of the Opportunity Screen. The first icon represents a piece of note
paper; by tapping this icon, you will access another screen that permits you to
make copious notes concerning the current sale entry.
 |
|
» Bar codes and part numbers
By
tapping the Miscellaneous box in the Item screen, you can add a Part Number and
Bar code to individual sales items. If you are using a Symbol Palm device, you
can then beam a sales item bar code from that item when you want to add it to an
open sales opportunity.
 |
» Alarm settings
It is almost
impossible to miss an opportunity when you use SalesWarrior to organize
your leads. Each opportunity entry has an option to set an alarm reminder
that will alert you when you next need to act on that prospect.
 |
|
» Weighted calculations
For a salesperson, it is convenient to calculate probable revenue at
any given time. This is why SalesWarrior quickly and easily determines weighted
sums from your sales data.
If you can accurately set a probability of a sale occurring to a sales opportunity,
then weighted totals, weighted commissions, and weighted profits are a great tool
to quickly see if you are on track to meet your sales quota (and by extension your
income) for the month or year!
 |
» Integration with desktop/PDA PIMs
All entries in your native Palm Address Book can be accessed by
SalesWarrior, making it easy for you to integrate the information you already
have with the sales opportunities you hope to obtain.
SalesWarrior also
integrates with your native Palm Calendar and To Do List through Agendus for
Palm OS (both Standard and
Professional editions).
