	Product Refund Policy

Defective software
Software not received due to our error
Duplicate Purchases
Billing Errors

Refunds cannot be offered for:

Promotion codes not entered during the purchase process
Any item 30 days after the purchase date for any reason

In order to inquire about a refund, please contact our Sales department at http://support.iambic.com and make sure to include the order number as well as the email address used during checkout. This will allow us to promptly locate your purchase and move forward with the refund.

In most cases refunds are processed towards month's end, therefore if a request for a refund is submitted and approved on the 10 (for example), it will be processed on or before the 30th of the same month.
