 Contact Doctor
 Does your
Contact list suffer from inconsistent name formatting i.e. only 2 contacts have
their last names completely lower cased while a handful of first names are completely
capitilized?
When you can't find the time to edit every entry, Name Doctor finds the time. Select
how you want each Contact-related field name displayed, then select which ones
you want formatted, and Voila - Instant formatting success!

Use Contact Doctor to perform multiple capitalization changes to the formatting
of contact related fields.
- Select the field & format option.
- Filter (optional). Either filter by category, name or number -or- leave the
fields untouched if you would like to ALL contacts formatted. Then, select the Preview
button.
- Preview. On the preview screen you will see a list of the contacts matching
the filter criteria, along with the current appearance and what it will look like
after the changes. By default, they will be all checked. Toggle the checkboxes to
select the contacts you would the changes applied to.
- Tap 'Apply.'
A confirmation message will appear once the process is completed.

 Number Doctor
 Scenario:
All the phone numbers assigned in the Contacts list are picture perfect - spaced
just right with dashes.
Downside: It was a painstaking process from beginning to end.
Cut back on the time it takes to make everything just right. With the Number Doctor,
apply phone number formatting changes (dashes, dots, parenthesis) to one, a subset,
or all your contacts. You decide!

Use Number Doctor to perform multiple changes to the display format of phone numbers
for your Contacts.
- Choose a format. Select from the predefined formats or create a custom one.
- Filter (optional). Either filter by category, name or number -or- leave the
fields untouched if you would like to ALL contacts formatted. Then, select the Preview
button.
- Preview. On the preview screen you will see a list of the contacts matching
the filter criteria, along with the current appearance and what it will look like
after the changes. By default, they will be all checked. Toggle the checkboxes to

 Need extra room on your
Palm for a new application or more data? Free up space and up the anty on performance
in one clean sweep.
With the Date Sweeper, purge Meetings and Tasks before, between or after a specified
date(s). By consistantly freeing up space and maintaining memory usage, your phone
or handheld will always be prepared for any new installations or additional data
handling.

Use the Date Sweeper to perform mass deletion of Appointments or Tasks.
- Select a date range.
- Select whether to include notes in the search (optional).
- Search. Enter text into the search field and tap the Proceed button.
- Preview. On the results screen you will see a list of the records meeting
the search criteria, along with a short description. By default they will be all
checked. Select/Deselect the desired records.
- Tap 'Apply.'
- Confirmation. Two dialogs will follow reminding that the action is not reversible.
If you wish to continue, select 'Yes' on each dialog.
A final confirmation message will appear once the process is completed.

Use Heavy Lifter to perform multiple changes to various fields and/or properties
of your appointments, tasks or contacts.
- Select the record type (Appointment/Task/Contact).
- Select to include the notes in the search (optional).
- Search. Enter text into the search field and tap the Proceed button.
- Preview. On the results screen you will see a list of the records meeting
the search criteria, along with a short description. By default they will be all
checked. Select/Deselect the desired records, and then tap 'Proceed' again.
- Select the field. On the next screen, select the field that you want to modify
(the available fields is dependent on the record type selected). Tap 'Proceed' again.
- Confirmation. A dialog will follow asking for confirmation on whether you
would like to proceed or not. Select 'Yes' to apply the changes to the selected
items.
A confirmation message will appear once the process is completed.

 Tag Cleaner
Enjoy jotting down additional notes for each Meeting, Contact,
Task, or Memo you create?
For the avid Agendus user, the notes area may be filled with tags related to Agendus
specific features such as icons, attendees, and photos. Take the time out to clean
these up and reclaim the notes area for what matters most to you.

Use Tag Cleaner to remove any unwanted tags that were placed in the notes of your
PIM records by Agendus or other PIM application.
Note: The removal of these tags could affect the properties of your PIM records
if you continue to use Agendus.
- Select the record type.
- Select a Category filter (optional).
- Select the Tag type to remove.
- Tap 'Apply.'
- Confirmation. A dialog will follow asking for confirmation on whether you
would like to proceed or not. Select 'Yes' to apply the changes to the selected
items and start the tag cleaning operations.
A confirmation message will appear once the process is completed.

 Exit Application
Done making changes? Press the Exit Button to close the
application and return to your Launcher. |
